NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 14, 2023, the Department of Health, Division of Emergency Preparedness and Community Support, received a petition for a temporary variance from the requirement of paragraph 64J-1.0201(4)(d), F.A.C., that adjunct instructors at the Lake Technical College, EMS Training Program, hold an associate degree from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
Any interested person or state agency may submit written comments within 14 days after publication of this notice.
