NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 16, 2009, the Board of Massage Therapy, received a petition for waiver or variance from Ann Sullivan, of subsection 64B7-28.009(3), F.A.C., with respect to the 12 hours of continuing education via live classroom instruction which includes hands on instruction or demonstration due to a medical condition which prohibits her from attending at this time.
