25-4.040: Telephone Directories; Directory AssistanceNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Florida Public Service Commission has received a petition from Verizon Florida LLC in Docket No.: 100327-TL – Petition by Verizon Florida LLC for waiver of subsection 25-4.040(2), Florida Administrative Code, filed June 14, 2010. The rule requires a local exchange company to furnish one copy of the residential listings section of the telephone directory free of charge to all subscribers served by that directory.
