NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 23, 2010, the Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission, received a petition for waiver of subsection 11B-27.002(4), F.A.C., by Duane C. Miller. The Petitioner wishes to waive that portion of the rule requiring a candidate to pass basic recruit training, pass the State Officer Certification Examination, and obtain employment within four years of beginning basic recruit training.
