    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida, has issued an order disposing of the petition for declaratory statement filed by Vincent L. Castellucci Jr., Petitioner/Unit Owner, In Re: Celebration Point Master Association, Inc., Docket No. 2015017923, on April 13, 2015. The following is a summary of the agencys disposition of the petition:

    A unit owner who does not reside at the unit at any time during the year and continuously rents the unit to tenants on an annual basis, is not prohibited from serving as a director pursuant to Section 718.112(2)(d), Florida Statutes. The statement was filed with the Agency Clerk on June 29, 2015.
