    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 22, 2018, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for HARBOR HOUSE APARTMENTS at 174 Golden Gate Point, Sarasota, Clearwater, FL. Petitioner seeks a variance of the requirements of Rule 2.11.1, A17.1, 2007 edition, as adopted by rule 61C-5.001, Florida Administrative Code that requires elevator hoistway landing openings that guard the full height and width of the opening which poses a hardship.
