NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 26, 2018, the Board of Professional Engineers, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Dennis Matthew Stuart, P.E., regarding the requirement of subsection 61G15-20.0015(3), F.A.C., that applicants for licensure by endorsement who have an engineering degree that is not EAC/ABET accredited demonstrate substantial equivalency to an EAC/ABET accredited engineering program, as required by rule 61G15-20.007, F.A.C.
