    The Florida Department of Elder Affairs hereby gives notice: that on 12/03/2018, the Department of Elder Affairs received a petition for Variance from Rule 58A-5.036 from Country Comfort Care II. The notice of the petition was published in the Florida Administrative Register on 12/18/2018 in Volume 44 Issue No. 244. Petition denied on 06/28/2019. Petitioner, inter alia, failed to demonstrate the purpose of the underlying statute would be satisfied.
