    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: Chapter 2007-173, Laws of Florida, repeals the Division’s certification and training program for arbitrators and mediators under chapter 720, Florida Statutes. Arbitrators and mediators are certified under the rules of the Florida Supreme Court. This proposal repeals Chapter 61B-83, F.A.C., relating to the division’s certification and training program.
    SUMMARY: Repeal of these rules pursuant to Chapter 2007-173, Laws of Florida.
    SUMMARY OF STATEMENT OF ESTIMATED REGULATORY COSTS: No Statement of Estimated Regulatory Cost was prepared.
