NOTICE OF CORRECTION

Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 38, No. 8, February 24, 2012 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.

The correction involves a coding error in the notice of change in Vol. 38, No. 27, July 6, 2012 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly regarding the effective date of incorporated reference materials as follows:

(2) All Developmental Disabilities waiver services providers enrolled in the Medicaid program must be in compliance with the Developmental Disabilities Waiver Disposable Incontinence Medical Supplies Fee Schedule, July 1, 2013 December 2011, and Minimum Quality Standards, July 1, 2013 December 2011, which are incorporated by reference. The Developmental Disabilities Waiver Disposable Incontinence Medical Supplies Fee Schedule and Minimum Quality Standards are available from the Medicaid fiscal agent’s Web site at www.mymedicaid-florida.com. Select Public Information for Providers, then Provider Support, and then Fee Schedules.
