Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., FS., published in Vol. 38, No. 11, March 16, 2012 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.
The changes are in response to written comments submitted by the staff of the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee (JAPC). Changes are being made to the limited licensure form to address comments from JAPC, including the title of the form and notification of change of current mailing address and place of practice.
