    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 13, 2016, the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board received a petition for variance or waiver from paragraph 61J1-4.010(1)(c), F.A.C., filed by Kurt Hartless. Petitioner requested a waiver or variance from the requirement that supervisory appraisers shall have been state-certified for a minimum of four (4) years prior to being eligible to become a supervisory appraiser and that the supervisory appraisers shall be in good standing in the same jurisdiction in which the trainee appraiser practices for a minimum of four (4) years.
