FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTICE
CITY OF LAKE WORTH
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has determined that the City of Lake Worth project involving construction of 93,000 linear feet of water distribution piping is not expected to generate controversy over potential environmental effects. The total estimated construction cost is $10,858,000. The project may qualify for a Drinking Water State Revolving Fund loan composed of federal and state funds. DEP will consider public comments about the environmental impacts of the proposed project that are postmarked or delivered at the address below within 30 days of this notice.
