The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice:

On July 17, 2020, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting a waiver from Rule 67-48.0072(21)(b) F.A.C. (2018) for Dockside at Sugarloaf Key, LLC extending the firm loan commitment deadline from July 31, 2020 to January 31, 2021. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The petition was filed on June 30, 2020 and notice of the receipt of petition was published on July 1, 2020 in Vol. 46, Number 128 F.A.R.
