PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The proposed rulemaking seeks to amend Existing Rule 61-35.011, F.A.C., in order to update and revise forms to comply with changes to s.477.013, 477.0132, 477.0135, 477.019, 477.0201, 477.026, 477.0263, 477.0265, and 477.029, F.S. These changes are regarding definitions, registration of Hair Braiding, hair wrapping, and body wrapping. Cosmetologist qualifications, licensure, supervised practice, license renewals, endorsement, continuing education, fees, prohibited acts and penalties.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The subject area to be addressed is the adoption of the new forms.
