PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose and effect is to amend the rule to adopt revised forms that have been updated to comply with changes to s.489.517 (3) and (4) F.S. regarding continuing education hours and to create a new form in compliance with changes to s.489.511 (5)(c) updating endorsement requirements.
