NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 18, 2023, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, received a petition for Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital Jacksonville at 12645 Salina Dr., Jacksonville, FL 32246. Petitioner seeks an emergency permanent variance of the requirements of ASME A17.1, 2016 Edition, Section 2.2.2.5, as adopted by 61C-5.001, Florida Administrative Code that requires a sump pump drain shall have the capacity to remove a minimum of 11.4 m3 /h (3,000 gal/h) per elevator which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
