NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CONCERNING PROPOSED BANK MERGER
The Office of Financial Regulation announces a public hearing to which all persons are invited.
DATE AND TIME: Thursday, August 8, 2013, 2:00 p.m.
PLACE: Via video conference with sites in Orlando (Hurston Complex, Video Room #N-901, North Tower, 400 West Robinson Street, Orlando, FL 32801) and Tallahassee (Professions Board Room, 1940 North Monroe Street, Tallahassee, FL 32399)
PURPOSE: Public Hearing on the application to merge NT Interim Bank with and into New Traditions Bank. Old Florida Bancshares, Inc., is organizing NT Interim Bank as a wholly-owned subsidiary. The main office of Old Florida Bancshares, Inc. is located at 315 East Robinson Street, Suite 100, Orlando, Florida 32801. The main office of New Traditions National Bank is located at 600 Wilkinson Street, Suite 100, Orlando, Florida 32803. In the event that the proposed merger application is approved by the Office of Financial Regulation, New Traditions National Bank will initially operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Old Florida Bancshares, Inc. under the name New Traditions Bank, and will continue its operations at its main office located at 600 Wilkinson Street, Suite 100, Orlando, Florida 32803.
