NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 18, 2013, the Board of Physical Therapy Practice, received a petition for variance or waiver of Rule 64B17-3.001, F.A.C., filed by Alex R,. Figares, Esq. on behalf of Gavin Hamer, which requires foreign graduates to have received a determination that their educational credentials are equivalent to the education required for licensure as a physical therapist in the United States as determined by the Foreign Credentialing Commission on Physical Therapy or other Board approved credentialing agency.
