NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity Issued Final Order No. DEO-14-094 on July 17, 2014, in response to a formal bid protest by Geographic Solutions Inc. regarding the DEO solicitation number 14-ITN-01-KH.
The Department’s Final Order dismissed the formal bid protest by Geographic Solutions because Geographic Solutions does not have standing to protest.
