PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To make principal forgiveness funding available to more communities and to make the rule more consistent with the Clean Water State Revolving Fund rule, Chapter 62-503, F.A.C.
SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Changes to the rule chapter that governs the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Program are being proposed. The discussion will be focused on changes aimed at ensuring a more fair and equitable distribution of funds from the program to drinking water systems for infrastructure improvement projects.
