NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 13, 2015, the Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from National Metering Services, Inc. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Section 489.105(3)(n), Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.

The petitioner seeks a declaratory statement regarding the phrase “up to and including the meter location,” used in Section 489.105(3)(n), Florida Statutes, as it may relate to the replacement of water meters. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
