PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to implement requirements for electronic voting provided for in the recently enacted Chapter 2015-97, Laws of Florida. The rule will address the role of the division during investigations and the role of the ombudsman during election monitoring. The rule will also address the board resolution requirement provided for in 719.129(4) FS.
