NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY
FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTIFICATION (FCEN)
TOWN OF JENNINGS
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has determined that Town of Jennings’ project involving the replacement of the existing 25,000 gallon ground storage tank (GST) with a 37,000 gallon GST, the construction of a 1000 gallon per minute fire pump, and rehabilitation of the 100,000 gallon elevated storage tank is not expected to generate controversy over potential environmental effects. The total estimated construction cost is $410,500. The project may qualify for a Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan composed of federal and state funds. DEP will consider public comments about the environmental impacts of the proposed project that are postmarked or delivered at the address below within 30 days of this notice.
