    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: To discuss Elder Options’ Area Plan on Aging for 2017-2019 and inform participants of the Older Americans Act services that Elder Options is proposing to provide directly: Chronic Disease Self-Management, Diabetes Self-Management, Tomando Control de su Alud (Spanish CDSMP), Programa de Manejo Personal de la Diabetes (Spanish Diabetes Self-Management Program), Matter of Balance, Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance, Enhance Wellness, Program to Encourage Active, Rewarding Lives for Seniors (PEARLS), Caregiver Training/Support (example: Savvy Caregiver), and Arthritis Foundation Tai Chi Program (aka Tai Chi for Arthritis). Participants will have the opportunity to make public comments.
