Statement of Work: Renovation and life cycle upgrades to five buildings (7,000 – 30,000 sq ft) and miscellaneous site work. Work includes, but not limited to resealing exterior wall /roof joints; replacing interior finishes, cabinets and toilet partitions; replacing selected HVAC systems; new industrial propeller fans; new LED site lighting / interior lighting; replacing fire alarm system and other miscellaneous repairs, replacements, and improvements. Replacement of two communications amplifiers. Replacement of oil/water separator. Structural repairs and modification.
Estimated Base Bid Construction Cost: $2,000,000. Additional Bid Items listed on the Vendor Bid System and Construction Documents.
