    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 13, 2010, the Agency for Workforce Innovation, received a petition for variance from subsection 60BB-4.210(1), F.A.C., which provides requirements for maintaining school readiness eligibility and allows an individual to be unemployed for a maximum of 30 days before losing eligibility to receive services.
