NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 18, 2018, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for BRFL Associates, LLC at 510 Grand Regency Blvd., Brandon, FL. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of Rules 2.4.1.5 and 2.15.9.2, ASME A17.1, 2013 edition as adopted by Rule 61C-5.001, Florida Administrative Code that requires platform guards and bottom car clearances operations which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
