NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Asbestos Licensing Unit, Department of Business and Professional Regulation has received the petition for declaratory statement from Pece of Mind Environmental, Inc. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of F.S., Chapter 469, as it applies to the petitioner.
