Notice of Order Lifting Emergency Action
On July 23, 2014, the State Surgeon General issued an Order Vacating Order of Emergency Restriction of License with regard to the license of Thomas Gary Westcott, RN, License # 1332002. The Department orders that the Restriction of License be vacated.
