FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTICE (FCEN)
CITY OF CARRABELLE
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has determined that the City of Carrabelle’s project to construct about 8.5 miles of new water main to provide water service to the Lighthouse subdivision is not expected to generate controversy over potential environmental effects. The estimated project cost is $2,700,000. The project may qualify for a Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan composed of federal and state funds. DEP will consider public comments about the environmental impacts of the proposed project that are postmarked or delivered at the address below within 30 days of this notice.
