Notice is hereby given that the Board of Medicine has received a Petition for Declaratory Statement filed on behalf of John and Shirley Langston, filed on July 21, 2020. Petitioners, who are plaintiffs in a medical malpractice action seek a Declaratory Statement from the Board of Medicine regarding a physician’s failure to comply with the financial responsibilities pursuant to Section 458.320, F.S. The Board will consider this petition at its meeting currently scheduled for October 2, 2020. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
