NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 12, 2023, the Department of Environmental Protection, received a petition for waiver or variance pursuant to Section 120.542, F.S. from Ag Carbon Solutions, LLC. The petitioner requested a waiver or variance from the rule requirements in paragraph 62-701.300(12)(b), F.A.C., which requires that the storage, processing, or disposal of yard trash must have a setback of 50 feet from water bodies. The facility is located at 15841 Lake Pickett Road, Orlando, FL 32820. The petition has been assigned OGC # 23-1168.
