PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Office of Insurance Regulation is promulgating rule 69O-143.0465, to reinstate the definition of the term “insurance holding company system.” It also provides a definition for the term “internationally active insurance group” and provides procedures for how the Office will determine the groupwide supervisor of such a group as required by Sections 628.801(1), and 628.804(1)(a), F.S.
