NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on July 10, 2008, the Department of Health, received a petition for Waiver from paragraph 64E-15.002(3)(d), F.A.C., from Matthew Bordelon, Esquire, on behalf of Avalon Landing, LLC. That rule requires all recreational vehicle units or accessory buildings shall be parked or located 25 feet from any public street or highway right-of-way.
