    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida, has received the petition for declaratory statement from Brandon T. Crossland, Esq. and Mark Westbrook, In Re: ARDA Resort Owners Coalition, Incorporated; Ventura Condominium Association, Inc.; Caribbean Beach Club Association, Inc.; Lehigh Resort Club Condominium Association, Inc.; Docket No. 2016033188, filed on July 14, 2016. The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of Sections 721.24 and 718.112(2)(l), Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.

    Whether the timeshare condominiums managed by Petitioners must apply the fire safety provisions provided in Sections 721.24 or 718.112(2)(l), Florida Statutes, to their respective timeshare?
