NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 13, 2016, the Department of Environmental Protection, received a petition for Arcadis U.S, Inc. seeking a variance from the prohibition from a zone of discharge under subsection 62-520.310(8), F.A.C., (correct rule reference is subsection 62-520.310(9), F.A.C.) for the use of Tetragard Sodium Polysulfide to clean up the metals at the Reeves Southeastern Superfund Site. The petition has been assigned OGC File No. 16-0406.
