PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To open the rules for development to address the statutorily required changes to the Florida Building Commission’s voting requirements and procedure for updating and adopting amendments to the Florida Building Code. The Commission shall conduct one rule development workshop to accept public input regarding the implementation of the new required procedures.
