Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 43 No. 138, July 18, 2017 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The correction is as follows:
The Notice of Change incorrectly stated changes were made to Form FBPE/031, 04/17. The changes were made to Form FBPE/030, 04/17.
