The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice:

On July 21, 2023, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting the waiver from subsection 67-48.002(96), Florida Administrative Code (2021) and Subsection II.J. of the 2021 Qualified Allocation Plan for Melissa Grove, Ltd., allowing Petitioner to exchange its present allocation of housing credits for an allocation of 2023 housing credits. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The petition was filed on June 23, 2023, and notice of the receipt of petition was published on June 27, 2023, in Vol. 49, Number 124 F.A.R.
