The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice:

On July 21, 2023, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting the waiver from paragraph 67-21.003(1)(b), Florida Administrative Code (2022), and Section A.9.a of the Non-Competitive Application (Rev. 04-2022) for Kissimmee Leased Housing Associates III, LLLP, allowing Petitioner’s development to exceed 300 units. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The petition was filed on July 5, 2023, and notice of the receipt of petition was published on July 6, 2023, in Vol. 49, Number 130 F.A.R.
