Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 39, No. 144, July 25, 2013 issue of the Florida Administrative Register. The proposed rule change is to a procedural rule and will have no economic impact and, therefore, will not require legislative ratification.
