The Florida Public Service Commission announces two public customer meetings in the following docket to which all persons are invited.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Docket No. 130010-WS – Application for increase in water rates in Lee County and wastewater rates in Pasco by Ni Florida, LLC.

The purpose of the meeting is to give customers and other interested persons an opportunity to offer comments regarding the quality of service and the proposed rate increase, as well as to ask questions and comment on other issues.
