General Statement of Work: This project consists of the Construction of a new Pre-Engineered Metal Storage Building and appurtenances at the Pensacola Readiness Center – Florida National Guard, Pensacola, Florida and includes but is not limited to selective demolition, parking lot repair, new pre-engineered metal building, concrete slab and foundation system mechanical ventilation and electrical power and lights, relocation of existing Conex storage containers to a place, on the armory property designated by the owner. The building is 1,500 sf (approx) and is surrounded by an additional 1,200 sf (approx) of exterior concrete slab.
Estimated Construction Cost (range): $350,000 - $400,000
