NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 25, 2024, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver of paragraph 67-21.026(13)(g), subparagraph 67-2l .014(2)(r)8., and paragraph 67-48.0072(17)(h), Florida Administrative Code (eff. 7-18-2018) from Solimar Associates, Ltd., relating to the Corporation’s general prohibition against subcontracting a construction cost to an entity that has common ownership or is an Affiliate of the General Contractor.
