Final Order No. DEO-16-127
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity issued Final Order No. DEO-16-127 on July 25, 2016, in response to an application submitted by Lakebridge Property Owners’ Association, Inc. for covenant revitalization under Chapter 720, Part III, Florida Statutes.
The Department’s Final Order denied the application for covenant revitalization after determining that it did not meet the statutory requirements as the Association’s submission failed to provide documentation that a sufficient number of affected parcel owners consented to the proposed revived declaration, violating Section 720.405(6), Florida Statutes.
