PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The proposed rule amendment seeks to clarify the type of vehicles that may be operated in the Fred C. Babcock/Cecil M. Webb Wildlife Management Area during periods when it is closed to hunting. The amendment will better inform the public of the vehicles allowed in this area.
