On July 6, 2006, Petitioner withdrew its petition for declaratory statement. The petition requested a declaratory statement under Rule 28-105, Florida Administrative Code, seeking clarification regarding eligibility in the Departments various petroleum cleanup programs. Notice of receipt of this petition was published on the Departments Internet site on May 19, 2006.
