Division of Florida Land Sales, Condominiums and Mobile HomesNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Division of Florida Land Sales, Condominiums, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida, has issued a Declaratory Statement In Re: Petition for Declaratory Statement, Cape Marco Property Owners Association, Inc., Docket No. 2006019339.
The Division declares that Cape Marco Property Owners Association is a condominium association as defined by Section 718.103(2), Florida Statutes, and the developer is required to comply with the transfer of control provisions in Section 718.301, Florida Statutes.
