Construction Industry Licensing BoardThe Construction Industry Licensing Board hereby gives notice that it has issued a Final Order in the Petition for Declaratory Statement filed by Christopher Paoli. The Petition was published in Vol. 32, No. 11, of March 17, 2006, Florida Administrative Weekly. The Board reviewed the petition at its meeting held April 12-14, 2006, in Boca Raton, Florida. The Board’s Final Order, filed in this cause on July 6, 2006, finds that the Petitioner can receive an additional 7 credits for his second completion of the computer-aided residential drafting course.
